This notice explains how Morocco Football Agency (MFA Agency) handles information when you use the MFA iOS app, register a club or contact us through our website.
Information the app uses
The app is intended to show published competition information, such as editions, categories, teams, fixtures and results. The documented competition API provides this information publicly and does not require an account. The app needs a network connection to request and display it.
Information you send us
If you contact MFA through the website, we ask for your name, club or organisation, email address, enquiry type and message. A phone number is optional. We use these details to respond to your request. The contact form requires your consent before submission.
Team registrations
Teams apply through the website or app contact form. MFA reviews International Cup requests in the protected admin area. Only approved team names and logos are displayed publicly on the app and website.
Security and service providers
Website contact requests are checked using Cloudflare Turnstile and forwarded securely to MFA’s contact service. Registration submissions use the website competition service. The public confirmed-clubs list contains no contact details.
How long information is kept
Contact requests are handled by MFA’s contact service. We do not have a published retention period for those records. Please contact us if you would like information about a particular request.
Your choices and requests
You can choose not to provide optional information, such as a phone number. To ask about, correct or request deletion of information you sent us, email us using the address below and describe your request. We may need to verify that the request relates to you.
Children
Team registration does not request player details. If you are a parent or guardian with a question about personal information submitted to us, please contact us.
Changes to this notice
We may update this policy as the app or our data practices change. The date at the top shows when this page was last revised.
